Project switching is 40% faster.
Backend rewrite of the project switcher dropped p50 switch time from 410ms to 245ms. p99 dropped from 1.8s to 720ms.
Mostly a query-shape problem — we were N+1ing across project metadata for every workspace member. Now batched. Boring under the hood. Noticeable in the UI.
