White-label workspaces & branded subdomains
How to set up a branded subdomain for a client, what gets rebranded, and how billing works on agency plans.
White-label workspaces let each of your clients log into their own SEONova at your-agency.client-name.com, with your logo, your colors, and your support email. The platform is the same; the wrapper is yours.
Setting up a branded workspace
- Agency Settings → White-label → New workspace.
- Pick a subdomain pattern (yourdomain.com/client-{slug} or {slug}.yourdomain.com).
- Add a CNAME record at your DNS provider pointing the chosen pattern at our edge.
- Upload your logo (SVG or 2x PNG), set your brand colors, and configure your support email.
- Invite the client as a Guest scoped to their workspace.
What gets rebranded
- App header logo, color accents, and favicon.
- All outbound emails (invites, alerts, scheduled reports) — your branding, your sender address.
- Report PDFs, exports, and client-facing share links.
- The login page and password-reset flow.
Your client never sees "SEONova"
By default, all SEONova branding is hidden from white-label workspaces. The only place we appear is a small "powered by" footer that can be disabled on Agency-Plus plans. Most agencies keep it on; some don't.
Billing
Agency plans include unlimited client workspaces under a single per-agency monthly bill. Clients never see pricing or get charged directly — they don't even know SEONova exists. Per-client seat caps and project caps are controlled by your agency tier.
